📌 Appointment Policy
Fade Factory is an appointment-only barbershop. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a fee or rescheduled appointment.
A valid card must be on file when booking. Repeated missed appointments, unpaid fees, or disputed charges may result in restricted booking access on Booksy.
